Refunds will only be made by the same means; for instance, you will not be able to receive refunds on any other account except the one you used to pay from. Vapeoxa offers a limited warranty of 7 days on all the products available apart from the following due to re-use issues:
- E-Liquids
- Coils & Tanks
- Batteries
- Tips & Mouthpieces
- Atomizers
Customers are requested to properly check the above-mentioned products before leaving the store. Once the customer leaves the store, these products will not be returned or exchanged due to re-use issues. We ship our products in perfect condition; however, if any of the above products get damaged during shipment, we accept returns in that case. You should notify the company via E-Mail (vapeoxa@gmail.com) within five days of purchase if your item or package has been damaged, faulty, or defective to claim a successful exchange or refund. (Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. Additionally, the client will pay all the additional shipping charges.)
All details regarding the defect of the item should be notified via E-Mail (vapeoxa@gmail.com). Furthermore, all the package items along with the original packing should be returned to successfully claim a refund or exchange. You should mail the product to the following address:
If there is no manufacturer defect and the product is functioning properly and you intend to exchange a product, you have to notify us within 5 days in order for us to accept the product back and either exchange it with a new product in the same category or give store credit towards any other product. No money will be refunded for products returned without any manufacturer defect. Any additional handling and shipping costs would be the customer’s responsibility.
Our Company will not offer any kind of exchange or refund if:
- The item has been modified, altered, repaired, or serviced by any other company or person instead of Vapeoxa.
- The item has been physically abused.
- The item has been used in a manner inconsistent with the usage indicated in the manual.
- The item has been utilized for any other purpose than that which it was intended.
- The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
Refund or exchange will not be made if any of the items in the original packing are missing. Items may only be refunded in the same condition as the original purchase. No returns accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water, or improper handling.
Important Notes:
For sanitary reasons, tanks may be returned only for manufacturer defects within 7 days. Returns and exchanges must be in like-new condition with original parts/packaging.
Note: You must completely describe the details regarding the defect of your item via E-Mail (vapeoxa@gmail.com). Moreover, you must send all the package items with the original packing to the company within 15 days if you are to enjoy a successful refund or exchange.
